Refund Policy

Acme Trust Services Limited (“Acme Trust“, “we”, “our”) is committed to clear and fair refund practices. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services rendered.
Non-Refundable Services
We do not provide refunds for any fees received if:
- The requested product or service has been completed and delivered in full.
- The client seeks a cancellation or refund more than 30 days after the date of payment.
Refunds Within 30 Days
If a client requests cancellation within 30 days of payment and the service has not yet been fully completed, we will assess eligibility for a partial refund based on the following:
- Any disbursements made on the client’s behalf (e.g., government filing fees, courier fees) are non-refundable.
- Any time-based charges for work already performed are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance will be refunded, less any applicable charges to return the funds (e.g., transaction fees).
How to Request a Refund
Clients may submit refund requests in writing to [email protected]. Please include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- The date and amount of payment.
- A description of the service and reason for requesting the refund.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and any approved refunds will be processed promptly using the original payment method.
