The Nevis Multiform Foundation Ordinance is a relatively new legislation that was passed in 2005. As the name suggests, it has the flexibility to take on many forms as it can be treated as an Ordinary Foundation, a Partnership Foundation, a Company Foundation or a Trust Foundation.
The establishment of a Foundation is done by the filing of an original Memorandum of Establishment and by-laws (if any) and must be in English. The name of the Foundation has to be checked for its availability before it can be registered.

Register a Foundation in Nevis
A Nevis multiform foundation shall not be subject to assessment or liable for any tax in Nevis and the beneficiaries of a multiform foundation shall similarly be exempt from all income, capital gains and withholding taxes.
The total cost for setting up a Foundation includes our professional fees, government fees, and disbursements. There is also an annual renewal cost which covers government fees and our professional fees as Registered Agent and Registered Office. Additional fees will apply if you wish for us to act as secretary, be a member of the management board, or be a member of the supervisory board (if any). This varies, but the average time to have the registration of a Nevis foundation to be completed is about two days. Of course, this can be completed in as little as 1 day or as much as 3 days.
