Pricing, Refunds and Cancellations

- Cancellations: You may cancel a requested service before we have begun substantive work, without incurring additional fees.
- Refunds: If you cancel after work has started but within 30 days, we will refund the portion of your fee not yet earned, minus any costs already incurred. No refund is issued after 30 days or once the service is completed.
