Free Cancellation Before Work Begins

Clients may cancel any requested service before work has started at no additional cost.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already commenced, clients may still cancel the service, but the following conditions apply:

• Disbursements and time charges incurred up to the date of cancellation will not be refunded.
• The remainder of the payment may be refunded, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.
